Responsabilités
En tant que Marketing Luxury Skincare Intern, vous apporterez un soutien essentiel à l’équipe de Marketing et de Trade Marketing pour les marques de soin de la peau de Coty.
- Analyse et Suivi :
- Analyse des ventes pour les marques assignées.
- Étude approfondie du marché et de la concurrence, avec une capture des tendances.
- Identification des opportunités basées sur les résultats de l’analyse des ventes et du marché.
- Gestion de Projets :
- Soutien dans la gestion du cycle de vie des produits :
- Lancement de nouveaux produits.
- Création d’activités et de supports promotionnels au point de vente.
- Coordination avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (planification de la demande, ventes, trade, achats, finances).
Il est crucial de travailler dans un environnement diversifié aux côtés de professionnels passionnés qui vous aideront à développer vos compétences. La collaboration avec des équipes telles que médias, merchandising, communication, e-commerce et ventes enrichira votre expérience.
Profil Recherché
Vous êtes passionné par le secteur de la beauté et désireux d’acquérir des compétences en marketing à 360°. Le candidat idéal :
- Est actuellement étudiant en MBA ou en master en commerce, marketing, avec un stage de 6 mois requis par l’université.
- A une expérience préalable souhaitée, idéalement dans l’industrie des soins de la peau ou de la beauté.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possède une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’espagnol.

📝 Description du poste : Marketing Luxury Skincare InternWe are looking for Marketing Luxury Skincare Intern like you in the Luxury department to gain more practical experience in the field of beauty and brand management.RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Marketing Luxury Skincare Intern, you are responsible for providing support to the Marketing and Trade Marketing team for the skincare brands of Coty.Your main focus:
- Analysis and Monitoring:
- Analyze the sell in of the assigned brands.
- Analyze the market, as well as the competition, and capture trends.
- Identify opportunities based on the sell in and market analysis.
- Project Management:
- Provide support in the management of the product portfolio lifecycle:
- – Launching of products.
- – Creation of activities and promotional materials at the point of sale.
- Coordinate between multidisciplinary teams (Demand Planning, Sales, Trade, Purchases, and Finance).
