Description du poste

L’équipe d’Ausenco au Chili est à la recherche d’un Senior Manager Execution & Constructability pour renforcer sa ligne de business dédiée à l’exécution de projets. Ce rôle clé implique diverses responsabilités :

• Leadership et formation : Accompagnement des équipes d’ingénierie et de construction, en les formant aux techniques de livraison de projets.
• Gestion des projets : Assurer l’exécution réussie des projets, en intégrant des stratégies multiples et en interagissant avec les équipes impliquées.
• Alignement des équipes : Garantir une connexion fluide entre les équipes d’ingénierie, d’approvisionnement et de construction.
• Surveillance et reporting : Gestion du portefeuille de projets selon les budgets, calendriers et critères de qualité définis.
• Validation des stratégies : Révision et approbation des plans d’exécution développés par les entreprises d’ingénierie.
• Support au Project Director : Assistance dans la mise en place initiale de la phase d’exécution des projets.
• Gestion constructabilité : S’assurer de l’implémentation efficace de la constructibilité à travers les différentes phases des projets.
• Développement des meilleures pratiques : Adoption de stratégies mondiales pour garantir une exécution adéquate.
• Collaboration avec le Proposal Manager : Contribution à la formation des packages techniques.

Profil recherché

Le candidat idéal doit posséder :

• Expérience : Plus de 18 ans dans des postes similaires avec une forte expérience en gestion de projet, notamment dans l’exécution et la constructibilité.
• Réussite démontrée : Participation à des projets de développement et d’exécution réussis, tant greenfield que brownfield.
• Connaissances techniques : Compétences en gestion d’ingénierie détaillée, stratégie de contractualisation et gestion d’approvisionnement.
• Certifications : Certification AACE et/ou PMI, ou autre certification liée à la gestion de projets.
• Leadership avéré : Expérience dans des rôles de direction.
• Niveau d’anglais : Compétences en anglais requises.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Engineering and Construction teams by training and coaching the project execution portfolio on project delivery techniques and the requirements for the correct implementation.
• Ensure the successful execution delivery of the country projects portfolio by leading and integrating multiple strategies, engineering development, construction plans and interacting with the project engineering and construction teams who will execute and deliver the project.
• Secure full alignment between engineering – procurement – construction scope for a successful execution delivery of the projects, by leading and integrating multiple engineering teams on charge to execute the detailed engineering, procurement scope, as well as supporting trough cold eyes review the construction services and various construction contractors on site.
• Manage the execution delivery of the projects according to the scope, budget, schedule, and quality defined during the different phases of the project live of the Project Portfolio of the Country, and reporting to the Senior Director, SoAm, Project Execution.
• Revise and validate Project Execution Strategies and Plans, as well as reviewing and endorsing the Project Execution Plans developed by the engineering companies hired to develop the different phases of the project live within the country project portfolio.
• Support the Project Director with the initial setup of the project execution phase
• Manage the constructability effort along the PFS, FS phases and ensure the correct implementation during the execution phase showing the added value on reduction of total capital cost and project duration.
• Ensure a consistent and worldwide best practice are used to develop the Project Execution Strategies, Project Delivery Model and Contracting Matrix to secure proper execution.
• Support the Proposal Manager for the formation of the technical packages with full transparency and proper analysis

About you

• 18+ years of experience in a similar roles with Project Management experience focused on execution & constructability ideally but not exclusive of major projects and/or project portfolio and being part of a recognized organization as well as EPC/EPCM consultant and owner entity. Highly desirable that the candidate play senior roles in both consultant´s team and owner´s team.

• Proven experience being part of Project Development and successful Project execution of both greenfield and brownfield mega-projects.
• General experience and knowledge in detailed engineering management, projects contracting strategy, procurement management, turnover phase from construction to precomissionning and from precomissionning to operations.
• Certification from AACE and/or PMI, or other related project management certification is favourable.

• Previous leadership experience
• Proficient English Level
