Le Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur recherche un/e Executive Administrative Assistant. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations administratives au sein de l’hôtel, contribuant ainsi à la création d’une expérience client exceptionnelle.
Qualifications et connaissances requises
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire.
- Bilinguisme en anglais et en malais.
- Capacité à rédiger des correspondances professionnelles.
- Compétences solides en organisation et gestion du temps.
- Capacité à rester calme en situations stressantes.
Responsabilités principales
- Gestion des tâches administratives : rédaction, classement, ouverture du courrier, et gestion des appels téléphoniques.
- Préparation de la correspondance au nom du directeur général et du directeur de l’hôtel.
- Analyse mensuelle des commentaires des clients et distribution des résultats.
- Gestion des réservations de voyages pour la direction et les invités VIP.
- Maintien d’un espace de travail organisé et professionnel.
- Gestion des plaintes et suivi avec le directeur général.
- Approvisionnement en fournitures de bureau.
- Assistance dans le suivi des problèmes rencontrés par les clients.

The Executive Administrative Assistant works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience and manages the office.Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Must have previous experience in a similar capacity.
- Bi-lingual in English & Malay
- Ability to compose business correspondence.
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment.
- Possess strong organization skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during challenging situations.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for General Manager and Hotel Manager and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards
- Prepare written correspondence on behalf of General Manager and Hotel manager for approval.
- Compile monthly guest comment analysis and ensure proper distribution of results.
- Handle travel arrangements and reservations for managers and VIP guests.
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area and file storage system
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Maintains confidentiality.
- Handle complaints in the absence of the General Manager and inform him/her as to action taken and follow up required.
- Maintain stationery supplies for Executive Office.
- Assist with Glitch follow up to guests on behalf of Executive Office.
