Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• High intelligence, quick reaction and execution of any given task

• Past management experience

• Intrinsic motivation in film, culture, democracy and justice

• Past experience in creating business plans

• Past experience in team supervision

• Perfect written and spoken English and Portugese

• Social media skills, analytics and online reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and tools such as

• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

• Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

You will coordinate with the other assistants to manage tasks and events on evenings and weekends. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A deep understanding of international politics is required.You should be well-organised and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf, in different time zones. Lastly, you should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.AboutJaka Bizilj is an international producer, operating since 1995 in the fields of film, live entertainment, culture and philanthropy.
