Description du poste : We are looking for an individual with a passion to create digital campaigns and foster social advocacy for Phillip Wain, Asia’s leading fitness and beauty ladies clubhouse. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and engage audiences across digital and social media platforms. If you’re a creative, data-savvy marketer with a passion for the beauty/fitness space, we want you on our team!Responsibilities and Deliverables:Campaign Strategy & ExecutionAssist in developing and implementing monthly marketing programs and promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive digital engagement, and increase in-store traffic.Collaborate with agencies to create integrated campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram), website, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Content Creation & Digital ManagementLead content writing and artwork adaptation for social media, website updates, and marketing collaterals.Manage editorial calendars and optimize posting schedules to maximize reach and engagement.Performance Tracking & Agency CoordinationWork closely with designers and agencies to produce high-impact marketing materials.Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.Requirement:Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplinesPreferably 3 years’ experience in beauty or fitness industryProactive, figure sensitive and attentive to detailsExcellent command of written and spoken English and ChineseGood team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsLess experience will be considered as Marketing ExecutiveWhy Join Us?✨ Industry Leader: Work with a reputed brand in Hong Kong’s beauty/fitness sector.
