Description du Poste

À travers la division M&A Deal Transformation, Deloitte aide ses clients à maximiser la valeur de leurs fusions, acquisitions et cessions. Dans le cadre de cette mission, nous recherchons des Managers possédant une expérience solide dans le pilotage de projets, notamment dans les domaines suivants :

• Commercial Due Diligence (CDD)
• Operational Due Diligence (ODD)
• Value Creation Services (VCS), tel que l’amélioration de la rentabilité et les situations de retournement

Le candidat retenu aura pour responsabilités d’accompagner les clients tout au long du processus M&A, en engageant différents acteurs pour optimiser la valeur des transactions. Les principales tâches comprennent la conduite d’analyses approfondies, le développement de relations de confiance avec les clients, ainsi que la gestion de projets complexes.

Profil Recherché

Les candidats idéaux pour ce poste possèdent les atouts suivants :

• Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience avérée dans la réalisation de due diligence et d’engagements de création de valeur
• Un MBA ou un Master avec d’excellents résultats académiques
• Une expérience dans le leadership d’équipes diversifiées et le développement de collègues juniors
• De grandes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
• Une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
• Une flexibilité à gérer les fluctuations des cycles de transactions
• Une maîtrise des outils MS PowerPoint et Excel
• Une maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et parlé, et idéalement du suédois
• Une attitude positive, orientée vers les objectifs
• Une mentalité commerciale avec un historique de dépassement des objectifs de revenus

In this role, you will support clients to manage various aspects of the M&A process and engage with Private Equity and Corporate stakeholders to optimise deal value. You will conduct high-quality research and analysis to deliver strategic insights and uncover new opportunities. Additionally, you will develop rapport and trust with clients, lead and manage challenging projects, lead presentations and workshops, and drive business development activities that enhance Deloitte’s market presence in Sweden and across the Nordics.Our team combines expertise from strategy, finance, and operations to provide tailored, high-quality insights that inform investment and divestiture decisions, as well as post-deal value creation. Operating across the Nordics and in close collaboration with offices across the globe, we work seamlessly to deliver comprehensive solutions during critical phases of the deal lifecycle.QualificationsA successful candidate has the following qualities:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated high performance from delivering and leading commercial due diligence, operational due diligence, and value creation engagements for Private Equity and Corporate clients
• Completed MBA or Master’s degree with strong academic results
• A track record of leading diverse teams and developing junior colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility in handling the demands of deal cycles
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably Swedish
• Can-do attitude, goal-oriented and positive mindset
• Commercial mindset with a track record in achieving/exceeding revenue targets
