They are looking for a dedicated attorney to represent healthcare providers and institutions in medical malpractice cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice defense and excel in litigation, case management, and client relations.Key Responsibilities:
– Handle all aspects of medical malpractice defense cases from inception through trial
– Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
– Develop case strategies and advise clients on risk management
– Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
– Collaborate with expert witnesses and healthcare professionals
– Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trendsRequirements:
– JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
– 5-8 years of experience in medical malpractice defense
– Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
