Description du poste
Deloitte recherche des professionnels talentueux pour intégrer son équipe SAP en Suède. En tant que partenaire stratégique reconnu par SAP, Deloitte s’engage dans des transformations complexes pour les entreprises tant locales que mondiales. Les candidats retenus participeront à des projets SAP d’envergure, contribuant de manière significative à la transformation digitale des entreprises.
Responsabilités professionnelles
Les futurs collaborateurs auront des rôles clés dans :
- Gestion de projets SAP : Interagir avec les clients pour définir les solutions et garantir leur mise en œuvre réussie.
- Amélioration des processus : Identifier les besoins des clients, formuler des exigences techniques et guider les leaders à travers les transformations numériques.
- Collaboration internationale : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des collègues, qu’ils soient à l’étranger ou en interne, renforçant ainsi une dynamique d’équipe mondiale.
Qualifications requises
Pour réussir dans ces fonctions, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un esprit stratégique et une orientation client.
- Une expérience significative en projets de transformation SAP, en particulier avec des technologies de transformation numérique telles que SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Une compréhension approfondie des besoins des clients et des processus organisationnels.
Critères spécifiques :
- Diplôme de Master ou Bachelor.
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience SAP dans divers domaines fonctionnels.
- Expérience de gestion de projets avec des méthodologies telles que Waterfall et Agile.
- Compétences en leadership prouvées.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
