Deloitte recherche des professionnels talentueux et expérimentés pour rejoindre son équipe SAP en Suède. En tant que leader de marché, Deloitte collabore avec des organisations tant globales que locales sur des transformations complexes, y compris des changements majeurs axés sur la technologie. Qualifications requises
Les candidats doivent posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Expertise approfondie : Compétences en matière de SAP S/4HANA, notamment en formation financière, analyse de rentabilité, et comptabilité de projet.
- Expérience en déploiement : Compréhension des méthodes de livraison pertinentes pour SAP comme le waterfall et agile.
- Connaissances supplémentaires souhaitées : Notions des offres Cloud de SAP comme RISE et GROW.
Exigences additionnelles
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent :
- Titre académique : Master ou formation équivalente avec plusieurs années d’expérience en SAP, de préférence dans divers secteurs.
- Expérience en consulting : Antécédents dans la livraison de projets et l’interaction avec des clients variés.
- Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit. La connaissance du suédois est un avantage.

You enjoy engaging with clients to understand their requirements and find solution options for key challenges in finance area providing subject matter expertise with a good awareness of SAP and associated technologies within the process area.QualificationsYour most important attributes we’d like to see are:
- Thorough expertise in finance related SAP S/4HANA areas/competences such as Central Finance, FI/CO, Margin & Profitability Analysis, Project accounting with PS, Product Costing, Master Data modelling, Understanding of end to end process like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay or other
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA product roadmap (experience of other related SAP solutions such as e.g. Group Reporting, SAC is advantageous but not required) and knowledge of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall, hybrid agile, agile) preferably with deployment experience e.g. global template rollouts
- Great addition (but not must) if the candidate has a high level understanding of the SAP cloud offerings -RISE and GROW
Additionally, to ensure smooth start and succeeding in the role, it is required from the applicant to:
- Hold a master’s degree or similar relevant educational background with years of relevant SAP experience – preferably across multiple industries. Broad SAP functional and technical expertise in your own process area with a good understanding of integrations between SAP modules and other applications
- Have previous consulting, project delivery and sales/pre-sales experience working with multiple large clients both with business and IT stakeholders
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills, and an ability to conceptualize and communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner. Proficiency in Swedish language seen as an advantage but is not required.
