We’re inviting expressions of interest from highly motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Officers fluent in Korean or Japanese to join our team in the near future.In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and high-quality support to our clients through multiple communication channels, including email, social media, live chat, and phone.Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, live chat, email, and social media.
• Maintain high service-level standards, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Address client concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries promptly.
• Assist clients with payment-related inquiries, including deposits and withdrawals.

• Passion for delivering top-tier customer service with a client-first mindset while adhering to industry best practices.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer success or a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking initiative.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and share knowledge effectively.
• Confidence in communicating across multiple channels to influence and assist customers efficiently.
• Fluent in Korean or Japanese
