Contexte du poste :
Les Services de Changement Climatique et de Durabilité (CCaSS) d’EY cherchent à renforcer leur équipe par l’ajout de consultants et consultants seniors. Ce rôle clé implique d’accompagner une variété de clients dans leur transition vers un monde à faible émission de carbone. L’équipe se concentre sur la gestion des risques et opportunités découlant des régulations en matière de durabilité et de décarbonisation.

Opportunités et Missions :
En tant que Consultant ou Senior Consultant, vous aurez l’opportunité :

• De collaborer avec des entreprises renommées des secteurs diversifiés.
• D’identifier, mesurer et gérer les risques liés à la durabilité et à la réglementation.
• De fournir des conseils sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de rapport de durabilité.
• De participer à des analyses approfondies sur la réponse des entreprises aux défis tels que le changement climatique et les inégalités.
• De prendre en charge la gestion d’engagements tout en développant le portefeuille de services de CCaSS.

Compétences requises :
Pour exceller dans ce rôle, vous devez posséder les qualités suivantes :

• Capacités d’analyse : Aptitude à examiner des questions complexes et à fournir des solutions pragmatiques.
• Compétences en communication : Maîtrise de l’anglais et du turc, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
• Expérience professionnelle : 1 à 6 ans dans des services professionnels liés à la durabilité.
• Technologie : Connaissance des normes et cadres de durabilité tels que GRI, TCFD, et d’éventuels projets d’assurance en durabilité.

Experience in the fields of ESG/ sustainability, decarbonisation and climate change, and EHS management will be an asset.Your key responsibilitiesAs part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with many of the world’s largest and most influential companies across industries and sectors. As CCaSS Senior Consultants/ Consultants you’ll spend most of your time in assisting clients to identify, measure, and manage their business and reporting risks as they transit their organizations in respond to changing regulations and new trends in sustainability management and reporting. Accurately analysing client issues and opportunities, deploying the account management framework, EY client programs, and growth platforms, to build constructive dialogue with key stakeholders. You enjoy actively contributing to the growth and development of the CCaSS practice by taking operational responsibility and accountability for engagement team support and delivery by:As Senior Consultants/ Consultants in the team you can expect to be involved in some of the following activities:

• Communicating EY’s scope of services and providing guidance in the delivery of Climate Change & Sustainability Services, with an emphasis on complex and/or specialized issues within Assurance and/or technical sustainability reporting and advisory capacities
• Partnering with clients to identify and diagnose their needs and the ability to cross-sell services; and completing high level technical reports and proposals
• Managing complex technical issues in technical discipline area
• Demonstrating knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice in area of technical discipline

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
• Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure

• Proven knowledge and experience in international sustainability standards, frameworks and indices such as IIRC, GRI, CDP, TCFD, BIST Sustainability Index, ESG Indices
• Preferably having conducted sustainability assurance projects (ISAE 3000 Revised; ISAE 3410)

To succeed in the role, you will ideally have experience/qualifications in some of the areas below:

• Strong academic background in areas such as environmental science, economics, engineering, public policy – amongst others
• 1 – 6 years of work experience in professional services of Climate Change & Sustainability consulting experience
• Knowledge and interest in sustainability related areas or topics
