About the role:We are seeking a skilled talent to support facilities related programs/projects management of client’s sites across Taiwan portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing tactic plans, analyzing operational data, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives and daily support of programs delivery.Key Responsibilities:Program Oversight:
- Monitor program timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring alignment with tactic objectives.
Tactic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with GWI FM and Project Team for programs/projects planning and initiatives which all parties mutual agreed and schedule and priorities.
- Prioritize, optimize and maintain the ad-hoc tracker and detailed plan list to ensure programs/projects status is up-to-date.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on users and stakeholders’ feedback.
- Support workplace tactic initiatives by integrating programs/projects which align with client’s broader organizational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, GWI FM and Project Team and/or 3rd party vendors (if any) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide updates on programs/projects performance, risks, and opportunities.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations detailing programs/projects performance metrics (budget, timelines, risks, etc.).
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, improve project efficiency, and forecast outcomes.
General Management Coordination:
Support building office equipment operation and general affairs-related business management including but not limited to the followings:
- Routine maintenance and inspection of office equipment (conference rooms, pantry, public areas).
- Office building equipment asset management.
- General service vendor management (cleaning, gardening, resource recycling, office equipment repair).
- General affairs management (cross-factory document sending and receiving, general affairs items, cleaning, and key management).
- Safety and environmental management
- Participate in energy saving, waste reduction and Cost-down projects
- Publishing announcements and logging in repair reports
- Identify on-site problems, improve troubleshooting, and propose preventive countermeasures

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management / Office Management
- More than 5 years of MNC industry experience.
- Experience in High Technology Industry is a plus
