Description du poste : We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Project Manager to join a long-term, full-time project in the Fintech industry. The role involves supporting a U.S.-based digital cash payment platform that enables service providers to receive cash payments through major retail networks.ResponsibilitiesAssist in transactions lookup and ensure accurate, timely data retrievalGenerate reports using existing templates; support ad-hoc reporting needsMonitor system logs and flag irregularities or issuesConfigure service providers on the platform to ensure smooth operationRespond to user account-related inquiries and support casesAssist in deactivation of locations as neededCollaborate with the Senior Technical Project Manager on partner satisfaction and platform developmentParticipate in project meetings, gather requirements, and contribute insightsSupport the creation and upkeep of project documentationRequirementsBasic understanding of software development and platform infrastructureExperience in business analysis\ project management – at least 2 yearsProficiency with Excel and basic SQL queriesAbility to interpret data and provide actionable insightsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies; willingness to adopt Scrum practicesTechnical curiosity and readiness to learn tools like AWS and Ruby/Ruby on RailsStrong attention to detail and well-organizedClear written and verbal communicationEnglish – at least B2 spoken and writtenQuick learner, flexible and adaptiveClient-focused and solutions-drivenAble to juggle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectivelyWe OfferFully remote workLong-term, stable projectCompetitive compensationOpportunity to collaborate with a world-class teamChallenging tasks in a high-impact environment
