Le Facility Chief sera un acteur clé dans la gestion et l’optimisation de la production au sein de l’usine Ülker à Gebze. Ce rôle requiert des candidats qui partagent la passion de pladis pour l’excellence et la qualité des produits.
Responsabilités
Les principales missions du Facility Chief incluent :
- Assurer la continuité et la conformité de la production selon le plan établi,
- Distribuer les tâches et gérer les équipes efficacement,
- Contrôler les zones de production sous sa responsabilité,
- Promouvoir l’Excellence Opérationnelle,
- Prendre des mesures concernant la productivité, la qualité et la sécurité au travail,
- Réaliser des rapports sur les usines et machines gérées,
- Suivre les éléments d’audit et établir un plan d’actions,
- Organiser et suivre les essais de recherche et développement dans les usines.
Qualifications et Compétences Requises
Le poste exige les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme en Ingénierie Alimentaire ou Ingénierie Chimique,
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la production alimentaire,
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe,
- Maîtrise de l’anglais,
- Bonne connaissance des programmes MS Office,
- Capacité d’analyse et pensée analytique,
- Excellentes compétences en communication,
- Ouverture au changement et à l’innovation.

- Follow the necessities for the provision and continuity of production and to take the necessary actions by checking compliance with the production plan,
- Ensuring the distribution of tasks and management of teams,
- Checking the areas for which the position is responsible,
- Managing and supporting Operational Excellence,
- Taking necessary actions about productivity, quality, and OHS in the locations,
- Conducting reports of the factories/machines that the position is responsible for,
- Following-up the audit items and create an action plan,
- Organizing and following up the R&D trials in the factories,
Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Graduated from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
- Minimum 5 year of experience in food production,
- Minimum 5 year of experience in distribution of tasks and management of teams,
- Fluent in English,
- Very good command of MS Office programs,
- Capable of analytical thinking and analysis,
- Strong communication skills ,
- Open to innovative changes and developments.
