Aperçu du Rôle
Ce stage de 12 mois est destiné aux nouveaux diplômés souhaitant se lancer dans une carrière enrichissante en tant que Spécialiste Clinique Terrain au sein de l’équipe des Interventions Périphériques.
Responsabilités clés :
- Activités marketing : Soutenir le lancement de produits, coordonner des formations pour les professionnels de santé, et développer des programmes pour améliorer la notoriété de la marque.
- Intelligence d’affaires et analyses : Produire des rapports sur les ventes, analyser les tendances du marché et suivre les informations concurrentielles.
- Activités cliniques : Apporter un soutien dans les laboratoires de cathétérisme auprès des professionnels de santé tout en se formant aux techniques nécessaires.
- Activités de back office : Gérer les expéditions et soutenir l’équipe dans la gestion des appels d’offres.
Profil Recherché
Nous recherchons un candidat qui répond aux critères suivants :
- Diplôme récent (Licence ou Master) en biotechnologie ou domaine scientifique (promotion 2023/2024).
- Compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais (niveau B2 ou supérieur).
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office.
- Personnalité organisée et compétences en communication.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à établir des priorités.
- Proactivité dans l’amélioration des résultats des formations.
- Disponibilité à voyager en Espagne pour des périodes pouvant aller jusqu’à une semaine.

This person will be focusing on continuous training (internal team and customers) and who help us developing the technical knowledge & execute programs to enhance and differentiate the Boston Scientific brand, products, services and solutions in the market.Your Responsibilities Will Be:Marketing activities
- Support the design & implementation of product launches
- Partner with marketing teams to coordinate the different trainings (digital & face to face)
- Training programs for Healthcare Professionals
- Internal training programs for the Peripheral Interventions team
- Support the development and execution of strategic actions and their follow up on demand
- Follow-up with the team members to ensure all the internal documentation is ready on time before the events
- Support the Marketing team and the Field Clinical Specialists to lead a system to assess the internal knowledge of the team and establish a personalized development plan to reach the required level per function
Business Intelligence & analysis reports
- Generation of reports on demand (related to center-specific sales, market, technical characteristics of a procedure, etc.)
- Mapping competition information of interest to be shared with the Sales Force & define new strategies
Clinical activities
- Support in the Cath lab to Health Care Professionals (HCP),including timely assistance in the operating room as part of your training, always accompanied by a Field Clinical Specialist/Sales Representative in PI
Back Office activities
- Management of shipments to the PI team or hospitals/clients
- Support in the tender’s management
- Support to the Sales teams, marketing team or business development
What Do We Look For In You
- Be a recent Bachelors or master’s graduate (2023/2024) with a Biotechnical Degree or Scientific Degree
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (level B2 or higher)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organized personality
- Communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Be proactive in generating ideas to improve trainings outcomes
- Want to learn and develop within a commercial setting
- Be willing to travel across Spain and be away for up to a week at a time
