Serco recrute un **Field Service Engineer** expérimenté pour intégrer le programme **Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP)** de la *Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC)*. Responsabilités Principales
Dans ce rôle, le candidat sera amené à :
- Installer, dépanner et maintenir des équipements variés, tels que des alarmes, des systèmes de détection d’intrusions, et des centres d’opération d’urgence.
- Former les employés et analyser les pannes de produits, en procédant à la commande et au remplacement des pièces nécessaires.
- Faire des recommandations sur les produits ou services adaptés aux besoins des clients.
- Utiliser son expérience limitée mais ciblée pour planifier et atteindre les objectifs.
Qualifications Requises
Pour réussir dans ce poste, les candidats doivent disposer de :
- Un diplôme de niveau Bac + 3 et 2 ans d’expérience, ou un diplôme de niveau secondaire avec 4 ans d’expérience dans le domaine.
- La capacité d’obtenir une autorisation de sécurité secrète du DoD.
- Une disponibilité pour des déplacements locaux et à long distance ne dépassant pas 10% du temps.
- Une familiarité avec une gamme de pratiques et procédures spécifiques au domaine.
Expériences et Compétences Souhaitées
Des compétences additionnelles seraient un atout :
- Expérience avec les systèmes de contrôle d’accès et leur matériel, ainsi que les systèmes de notification de masse.
- Connaissance d’équipements spécifiques tels que des CCTV, Lenel, lecteurs de cartes, et barrières hydrauliques.

📝 Description du poste : Position DescriptionAre you a Field Service Engineer looking for a place you can make a difference every day? Serco is searching for an experienced Field Service Engineer in support of The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Ashore Program in Naples, Italy.The NAVFAC AT/FP Ashore Sustainment Program is executed by the NAVFAC AT/FP Ashore Program Management Office (PMO), NAVFAC Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) and NAVFAC regional Facilities Engineering Commands (FECs). The primary goal of the NAVFAC AT/FP Ashore Sustainment Program is to provide both preventive and corrective maintenance services to Navy installations as required to sustain NAVFAC AT/FP Ashore Program Systems in accordance with their operational requirements.The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Ashore Program’s mission is to design, procure, integrate, install and sustain the systems/equipment hardware, associated firmware, and software required to provide the ability to protect mission-critical assets and personnel from natural disasters, acts of terrorism and other human-caused disasters.In this role, you will:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment including alarms, naval munitions, giant voice, cameras, intrusion detection, emergency operation centers, regional dispatch centers, gates, wide area alert, indoor voice, dispatch activities, and support for regional and emergency operation centers as needed.
- Train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures; order and replaces parts as needed.
- Be relied upon to determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers’ needs.
- Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience OR high school diploma/GED with 4 years’ experience in the field
- Ability to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance
- Be able to travel locally and long distance as needed up to 10% of the time
- Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
