About the RoleLooking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got two exciting Field Supervisor roles just for you! In this position, you’ll get to you will co-ordinate distribution network employees, deliver the required customer service level agreement outcomes and ensure work is completed safely, on time and to an appropriate quality standard within our Distribution Asset Replacement Business Unit, making a real impact.The successful candidates will work on key responsibilities like:

  • Plan work for staff and lead staff in the field on a daily basis.
  • Utilising subcontractors.
  • Identify long-term work for budget consideration.
  • Ensure that both Omexom and the customer comply with the contract agreement.
  • Ensure job packs are submitted for invoicing.
  • Maintain excellent productivity and employment relations.
  • Achieve industry codes of practice and ensure they are complied with.
  • Achieve safe working methods and the requirements of the Health and Safety in Employment Act and ensure these are communicated to all staff.

Qualifications and SkillsTo be considered, you will have:

  • EWRB – Full licence
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in distribution line work to industry standards.
  • A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Valid Driver’s licence (NZ or overseas)
  • Available to participate in a standby roster
