- Gestion budgétaire : Mener le processus de budgétisation et de prévision de l’ensemble de l’organisation, intégrant des analyses macroéconomiques et des comparaisons concurrentielles.
- Consolidation financière : Regrouper les plans et budgets financiers des entités parentales, des filiales de production et des unités commerciales.
- Amélioration de la FP&A : Optimiser les structures de données et les flux de reporting tout en favorisant l’automatisation.
- Développement stratégique : Élaborer des cadres budgétaires pour plus de dix entités commerciales et manufacturières.
- Analyse des performances : Analyser l’exécution financière et proposer des recommandations pour des ajustements.
Exigences pour le poste
Les candidats à ce poste devront démontrer les compétences et qualifications suivantes :
- Formation : Diplôme en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Connaissance approfondie de la FP&A, de préférence dans le secteur de la fabrication ou des biens de consommation.

📝 Description du poste : A leading consumer-focused manufacturing and distribution group with operations across Vietnam is seeking a highly strategic Finance Director. This role plays a central part in driving the organization’s financial direction, performance planning, and long-term value creation.As Finance Director – Strategic Planning, you will:Lead the organization-wide budgeting and forecasting process, including macroeconomic analysis and competitive benchmarking.Consolidate financial plans and budgets across the parent entity, production subsidiaries, and trading units.Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) improvements: streamlining data structures, enhancing reporting flows, and fostering automation.Develop and implement budgeting frameworks and planning guidance for over 10 commercial and manufacturing entities.Ensure cross-functional budget integration, alignment with strategic goals, and coordination across departments.Define pricing strategies for upstream (manufacturing) and downstream (sales/distribution) operations to ensure profitability.Lead the development of annual and long-term forecasts to support business continuity and contingency planning.Track financial execution, analyze gaps between forecast and actuals, and provide corrective recommendations.Deliver monthly performance reports and customized management dashboards for leadership decision-making.Analyze business results and provide actionable insights to improve financial and operational performance.Act as a financial advisor to business unit heads, aligning strategic plans with financial outcomes.Support data-driven business development initiatives and project evaluations.Monitor non-core investment portfolios and recommend sound financial decisions.Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to support investor relations activities.Provide monthly P&L support and financial reviews to subsidiary finance teams, adding insight and clarity on performance issues.Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, including involvement in hiring, coaching, and performance management.Lead strategic financial planning for a top-tier beverage groupKey business partner to leadership with group impactTo succeed in this role, you should bring:A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Background in financial planning & analysis, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or large-scale trading environments.Advanced English communication skills (both verbal and written).Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP and business intelligence systems is a plus.Proven background in financial strategy development, business partnering, and scenario planning.Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.The ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and perform in high-pressure environments.Strong leadership and people development capabilities.Our client is a well-established corporation with extensive nationwide operations in production and multi-channel distribution.
