Le spécialiste en finance projet sera responsable de la gestion du Procurement Price Forecasting Tool, connu sous le nom de PRISM. Le poste implique non seulement d’assurer la conformité de l’outil, mais également de contribuer à son développement stratégique, en dirigeant des projets de finance d’approvisionnement et en alignant les parties prenantes de Nestlé à l’échelle mondiale.

Responsabilités clés
En tant que Finance Project Specialist, vous aurez un rôle essentiel dans :
- La direction de projets d’automatisation et d’améliorations numériques pour la finance d’approvisionnement.
- La collaboration interfonctionnelle avec les équipes de Procurement, IT, Finance, et Costing pour garantir l’alignement sur des objectifs commerciaux clés.
- L’engagement avec le Procurement Controlling et les managers d’approvisionnement pour identifier et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles initiatives.
- Le soutien aux utilisateurs et la formation sur les outils pertinents.
- La réalisation d’audits de données pour assurer la qualité et la conformité.
Conditions requises
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent remplir les critères suivants :
- Diplôme en Administration des Affaires, Finance ou Comptabilité.
- Expérience avérée dans le domaine de la finance et du contrôle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à influencer des parties prenantes interfonctionnelles.
- Esprit analytique avec une expérience démontrée en automatisation et en gestion de projets.
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel; la connaissance de Power BI est un atout.
- Fluente en anglais, avec des compétences multilingues appréciées.

- Lead and contribute to Process, Automation and Digital Enhancement projects for Procurement Finance.

- Act as a subject matter expert in relevant tools and applications, providing user support and training.

- Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or Management.
- First proven experience in Finance & Control.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in automation, process mapping and improvement projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and previous experience in delivering projects in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge with Power BI is a plus.
