Description du Poste

En tant que Life Science SG&A Controller, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en tant que conseiller et partenaire commercial pour tous les aspects liés aux SG&A (Selling, General and Administrative expenses) de nos franchises en Science et Solutions de Laboratoire.
Responsabilités
Le rôle implique plusieurs responsabilités clés :
- Effectuer des **analyses approfondies** des dépenses SG&A, fournissant des recommandations éclairées et aidant dans le développement et la surveillance des budgets.
- Offrir des insights *clairs et exploitables* pour la prise de décision financière, contribuant directement à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.
- Conduire la mise en œuvre et l’optimisation des **processus financiers**, en garantissant l’application cohérente des politiques comptables de l’entreprise, en intégrant SAP SAC et d’autres outils.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Au moins *2 ans d’expérience* en analyse financière ou FP&A, idéalement au sein d’une grande organisation multinationale.
- Maîtrise des *modèles financiers* ainsi que des outils comme SAP, TM1 et Excel.
- Compétences en *analyse commerciale* et en présentation, avec la capacité de traduire des données complexes en insights clairs.
- Aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement rapide.
- Communication *fluent* en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Connaissance des outils d’analyse de données avancés, tels que Tableau ou PowerBI, est un plus.

That’s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.Your role:The Life Science SG&A Controller serves as an advisor and business partner for all SG&A-related aspects of our Science & Lab Solutions Franchises. As a member of our Life Science SG&A Controlling team you will be instrumental in analyzing, forecasting, and providing actionable insights on the financial performance drivers, and support critical decision-making processes that directly impact on the achievement of our business objectives. As an integral part of our Finance team, collaboration with Business Franchises and adjacent finance teams is central to succeeding in this role.Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis on key movements in SG&A spending, enabling insightful recommendations and support for periodic forecast updates. Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, leveraging financial systems for accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide clear and actionable insights into financial decision-making, contributing directly to achieving our business objectives. Utilize digital reporting and visualization solutions to create comprehensive and easily understandable business insights.
- Drive the implementation and streamlining of financial processes, ensuring the consistent application of the Company’s accounting policies and integration with SAP SAC and other tools for seamless operations. Collaborate in resource allocation decisions and streamline routine processes, leveraging shared service resources for improved efficiency.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in financial analysis, FP&A or a related field, preferably in a large multinational organization.
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting with very strong work application knowledge, especially in SAP, TM1 and Excel.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis and presentation skills, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a solution-driven approach to working.
- Strong working application knowledge: SAP and/or other ERPs, Business Intelligence and/or Business Objects Finance and advanced Excel/PowerPoint knowledge.
- Fluent in business communication in English.
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is preferred.
