Salary: R75 000 – R90 000 per month, based on experience

Workplace: In OfficeA national distributor servicing the mining, agricultural, industrial, and automotive sectors is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team. With branches across South Africa and a reputation for consistent growth and reliability, this business combines strong operational values with a performance-driven culture.This is a hands-on finance leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where you’re trusted to lead, make decisions, and drive financial efficiency. You’ll work closely with operations and sales teams while managing a full-function finance department across multiple branches.What We’re Looking For:

• A senior finance professional who takes ownership and leads from the front.
• Someone confident in managing both strategy and detail, from cash flow to compliance.
• A strong communicator with the ability to guide, support, and challenge where needed.
• Experience in distribution or import-heavy environments is advantageous.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., BCom, BAcc)
10+ years of experience in financial management roles.
Strong understanding of operational finance, imports, and compliance.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
Effective leadership and mentoring skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between branches as needed.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to the West Rand.Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee full financial operations across multiple branches
Ensure all reporting deadlines and compliance requirements are consistently met
Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to support operational goals.
Develop and manage cash flow forecasts and financial projections.
Handle VAT, PAYE, provisional tax calculations, and submissions.
Manage forex deal bookings, payments, and reconciliation.
Prepare year-end statements and liaise with auditors.
Lead, support, and mentor both junior and senior finance staff.
