Description du Poste

Le poste de Financial Planning & Analysis (Eats Finance) est intégré à une équipe dynamique qui collabore étroitement avec les dirigeants de Coupang Eats. Cette équipe a pour mission de développer des plans d’affaires et financiers, de soutenir les décisions stratégiques et de suivre les performances en termes de croissance, de marges et de flux de trésorerie.

Tâches Principales

  • Partenariat avec les équipes commerciales : Comprendre les activités quotidiennes impactant le P&L de Coupang Eats et agir en tant que garant de l’exactitude des prévisions financières.
  • Propriété des prévisions financières : Assurer que les lignes de P&L reflètent fidèlement la réalité des activités commerciales.
  • Analyse approfondie : Identifier les goulets d’étranglement et les défis pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques.
  • Suivi des performances : Analyser les écarts entre prévisions et résultats réels.
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire : Travailler avec les équipes commerciales et techniques pour atteindre les objectifs financiers.

Compétences et Qualifications Requises

Qualifications Essentielles :

  • Plus de 4 ans d’expérience dans des rôles financiers, idéalement dans le secteur technologique ou en banque, comptabilité et consulting.
  • Expertise en modélisation financière, y compris des analyses de coût-bénéfice et des simulations de prix.
  • Compétences analytiques solides, y compris la maîtrise de SQL et la création de tableaux de bord.
  • Aptitudes à la communication et capacité à travailler de manière transversale dans l’organisation.

Qualifications Préférées :

  • Certifications en finance telles que CPA, CFA, etc.

The team is responsible for developing the business and financial plan required to achieve strategic plans and goals, drive value-adding decisions and track performance on growth, margins, and cashflows. The team also supports modeling for new product launches, supplier negotiations and customer analysis.
The role is highly analytical, with a focus on fostering collaboration across stakeholders, challenging status-quo, and encouraging open dialogue.What You Will Do

  • Partner with Business to understand day to day activities that affect pnl of Eats and understand/act as a guardian
  • Own forecast of pnl line items to correctly reflect business into financial numbers
  • Perform dive deep analysis to spot bottlenecks and challenges to achieve goals
  • Perform analysis to understand variance between forecast and actuals
  • Drive business and tech teams to meet financial goals that Eats has

Expectations and Responsibilities:

  • Strong mental modelling capacity and ability to model out logic-driven forecasts. FP&A core function is to build strong functional and dynamic models with end goal of minimizing variance with Actual month-end closing numbers
  • Hands-on and self-starter attitude:

if we see AOV drop last week, does the candidate have the curiosity and attitude to dive-deeper
and bridge the gap? Did customer incentives change? If it did, was there
trade-off with overall GMV? Can there be after-effect of improved/worse-off
retention? Suitable cost targets given different parameters (CX, weather, seasonality, etc.) * Ability to wear different hats and work in ambiguityEssential Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in finance roles (tech/online sector, banking/accounting and consulting)
  • Expertise in financial modeling (pricing simulations, cost-benefit and ROI analysis) and Excel
  • Analytical thinking and hard skills: SQL and dashboard creation
  • Adept at communication and working cross-functionally
