Description du poste

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recrutons un **Senior Frontend Engineer** au sein de notre équipe Clinical Foundation. Ce rôle est essentiel, car il implique le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités utilisant Vue 3 et Nuxt 3. En reporting direct au Team Lead de l’ingénierie, votre mission consistera à migrer le frontend (Vue 3) vers une architecture indépendante du backend (Python/Django). Le développeur front-end senior sera responsable de l’architecture, de la construction et des tests des fonctionnalités sur Provet Cloud, tout en participant aux initiatives de développement définies par les objectifs de l’équipe.

Responsabilités clés :

Architecturer, construire et tester des fonctionnalités sur le nouveau frontend Vue 3 pour Provet Cloud.
Collaborer avec les ingénieurs backend pour définir les exigences des API REST.
Créer une expérience utilisateur optimale en collaboration avec les designers UX et les chefs de produit.
Évaluer le travail de vos pairs et fournir des retours constructifs.
Assurer le respect des meilleures pratiques dans tous les développements frontend.
Favoriser une culture de l’empathie, de la sécurité et de l’appartenance.
Travailler avec l’équipe de design interne pour intégrer et faire évoluer le Nord Design System.
Améliorer les performances frontend et respecter les meilleures pratiques en matière d’accessibilité.

Profil recherché

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, il est souhaitable que le candidat justifie d’une expérience préalable dans une entreprise SaaS en forte croissance. Le candidat idéal possédera les compétences suivantes :

Expérience solide en développement logiciel, migrations et maintenance de produits.
Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes et d’autres parties prenantes.
Autonomie et compétences en collaboration sont essentielles.
Capacité à gérer la pression et à respecter des délais serrés.
Aisance dans la priorisation des tâches et la gestion du temps.

Compétences additionnelles appréciées :

Expérience avec Vue ou d’autres frameworks frontend modernes, de préférence avec TypeScript.
Connaissance du Vue 3 et de l’API de composition.
Expérience avec Nuxt 3, les tests frontend automatisés, et les systèmes de design.
Compréhension de Python/Django, et sur l’accessibilité des services.
Connaissances en DevOps et CI/CD.
Anglais courant, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Team Lead, your main goal is to develop features on the Vue 3 frontend using the and Nuxt 3.The Senior Frontend Developer is taking part in the development of new features and the transition process of separating the frontend (Vue 3) from backend (Python/Django). The key responsibility is to contribute to migrating the frontend and to architect, build and test features in the new Vue 3 frontend for Provet Cloud. Going forward, they will participate in the new developments and initiatives for the team defined by the OKRs. The Frontend Developer is expected to take responsibility in the front end developments for the product team independently, with the participation and support from the rest of the team and the Team Lead.Your key responsibilities include:Architect, build and test features in the new Vue 3 frontend for Provet CloudWork with backend engineers to define requirements for REST API endpointsCreate a great user experience with help from UX Designers and Product ManagersReview work of peers and provide feedback to other engineersEnsure best practices are in use for all frontend developmentsHelp maintain a culture of empathy, safety and belonging where all voices are heardWork together with our internal design system team to integrate and evolve Nord Design SystemBuild new user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI componentsImprove frontend performanceWork on accessibility best practicesWhat will help you to be successful in this role?Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. Solid professional experience in software development, migrations, and product maintenance.
