- Une bonne maîtrise de Figma et une expérience dans la mise en place de systèmes de design robustes.
- Connaissance des outils d’analyse de données, comme GA4, serait un atout considérable.
- Une expérience de 4 ans minimum en design UI/UX, dont au moins 2 ans en e-commerce.

As we continue scaling, designing world-class experiences is at the core of our focus, and strategy.TasksThe RoleYou will be responsible for designing new features from scratch, identifying bottlenecks and improving existing user flows, and helping us continuously optimize the full customer journey so we can deliver what we’re out to do—to create the most comfortable way to order workwear. You’ll work closely with the product engineering, growth, and customer teams to deeply understand both user needs and business goals—and translate those into world-class experiences.We are seeking a self-starter who:

RequirementsRequired skills & proof of success:
- Proven track record in top-performing e-commerce & CRO
- Strong UI design experience and a good grasp of modern design patterns
- Extensive experience in UX research and UX fundamentals
- Proven track record in self-built AI workflows & proactive hunger for learning the latest tech
- Exposure to large-scale e-commerce or marketplaces, especially Prosumer / B2B
- Experience in Figma & scaling larger design systems
- Good eye for design, cares deeply about world-class UX, and has projects to back this up
- Skills in GA4 and exploring e-commerce data is considered a strong plus
- Experience in fashion e-commerce or top-conversion-rate-performing e-commerce brands is a great plus
- Knowledge of multiple European languages (esp. DE, SE, FI) is considered a plus
- Minimum 4 years in UI/UX and/or product design, with minimum 2 years in e-commerce / CRO
