Responsabilités du rôle
En tant qu’Executive Business Partner, vos tâches incluront :
– **Soutien opérationnel** : Aider l’équipe de direction à la prise de décision basée sur des données factuelles.
– **Coordination** : Diriger et coordonner des opérations à travers les frontières et différentes fonctions de l’entreprise.
– **Préparation et suivi** : Participer à des réunions, préparer des supports, et suivre les résultats des décisions prises.
Ce poste est basé dans les bureaux de Citycon à Espoo et relève directement du PDG.

Profil recherché
Les candidats devront répondre aux critères suivants :
– Diplôme universitaire pertinent (M. Sc. (Econ.), MBA ou équivalent).
– Minimum de **3 ans d’expérience** en conseil en management et/ou support exécutif, de préférence dans un environnement dynamique.
– **Compétences analytiques** approfondies et maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
– Compréhension et capacité à soutenir les structures organisationnelles d’entreprise.
– Compétences en gestion du temps et en leadership autonome.
– *Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation*.
– Style de travail *proactif et moderne* avec un équilibre entre vision stratégique et souci du détail.
– Maîtrise professionnelle de l’**anglais**, du **finnois**, et du **suédois**, la connaissance du norvégien étant un atout.
Une expérience dans l’immobilier et le financement des risques est également considérée comme un avantage.

In the role of Executive Business Partner, you will support Citycon’s management team’s daily operations by facilitating fact and data-based decision making. You will translate abstract ideas into more concrete actions, and lead and coordinate cross border and cross functional operations. You join various meetings, present meeting topics, and investigate, research, and prepare materials. - Applicable university degree, e.g. M. Sc. (Econ.), MBA or similar
- Min. 3 years of experience in management consulting and / or executive support preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills beyond numbers, supported by high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good understanding of, and ability to support corporate organizational structures
- Excellent self-leadership and prioritization skills
- Strong people, communications and presentation skills
- Modern hands-on and proactive working style
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Strong track record of leading and coordinating cross border and cross functional operations
- Professional proficiency in English, Finnish and Swedish, with Norwegian as an advantage.
