Responsabilités Clés
Le titulaire du poste sera chargé des tâches suivantes :
- Direction de l’élaboration et de l’exécution d’activations marketing intégrées pour les produits et services destinés aux consommateurs.
- Développement et mise en œuvre de campagnes marketing performantes qui incarnent la marque d’Elisa.
- Gestion des communications marketing sur les plateformes détenues par Elisa, y compris les réseaux sociaux.
- Coordination de la planification et du budget médiatique pour des canaux payants.
- Leadership du programme de sponsoring d’Elisa, en créant des stratégies impactantes.
- Assurance que les campagnes soient en adéquation avec les objectifs de l’entreprise, tout en respectant des normes d’exécution élevées.
- Gestion et optimisation des budgets d’activation marketing en fonction des performances et des analyses des données.
- Collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer une expérience client cohérente.
Exigences du Poste
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Plus de 15 ans d’expérience progressive en marketing, notamment dans des rôles de direction.
- Expérience avérée en marketing B2C, activation intercanaux et communication avec une forte compétence dans le digital.
- Capacité à gérer des partenariats durables et des sponsoring à grande échelle.
- Compréhension approfondie du comportement des consommateurs et optimisation des performances marketing.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
- Diplôme de master en Marketing, Communication, ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Maîtrise du finnois et de l’anglais, avec des compétences en présentation et narration.

Your focus will be on delivering impactful marketing activations and sponsorship programmes that strengthen the Elisa Consumer brand across all key touchpoints.You’ll be responsible for overseeing the brand and marketing initiatives, making sure that budgets are used wisely and in alignment with strategic priorities. Part of your role will include building a cohesive marketing calendar, setting clear performance indicators, and ensuring consistently high standards of execution.Collaboration will be central to your work. You’ll partner with teams across Elisa – from brand and retail to digital, customer experience, and executive leadership – to ensure that all marketing efforts reflect our broader purpose, core values, and business goals.As a leader, you’ll guide and support a skilled marketing team, encouraging creativity, accountability, and results-driven thinking. You’ll help shape a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth, ensuring that your team has the direction, resources, and encouragement needed to excel.As Director of Marketing Activation and Sponsorships, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing activations across consumer-facing channels for all Elisa’s consumer product and service categories, as guided by brand, business, and marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute high-performing marketing campaigns and activations that bring our brand to life.
- Own, develop, and manage marketing communications on Elisa-owned channels, including social media and Elisa.fi.
- Manage and coordinate consumer media planning and budgeting across paid channels.
- Lead the Elisa Sponsorship Program by crafting and implementing impactful strategies that elevate brand relevance, deepen brand affinity, and cultivate enduring partnerships.
- Ensure campaigns are on-brand, timely, and aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on executional excellence.
- Manage and optimize marketing activation budgets to maximize impact and ROI by setting KPIs and success metrics, monitoring performance and consumer response, and adjusting plans based on data-driven insights and evolving business needs.
- Manage and foster relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Collaborate across functions, including Consumer Experience, Sales and Retail, to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Coach and lead a talented marketing team focused on delivery, creativity, and performance.
What do we expect from you?
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, including senior leadership roles.
- A strong, proven track record in B2C marketing and campaign execution, cross-channel activation, and a deep understanding of consumer communication channels with a focus on digital.
- Experience in managing large-scale sponsorships and building long-term partnerships that align with brand purpose.
- Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, brand building, and marketing performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
- Experience in leading teams and agency partners, managing complexity with clarity, empathy, and impact.
- A master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
