Rejlers, une entreprise d’ingénierie de premier plan, élargit son équipe dédiée à l’industrie minière et métallurgique. L’entreprise cherche à intégrer un(e) métallurgiste dans son équipe de conception des processus. Ce poste s’adresse tant aux professionnels expérimentés qu’aux jeunes spécialistes désireux de rejoindre un environnement en pleine croissance.
Les candidats retenus auront la possibilité de travailler dans divers bureaux de Rejlers et de bénéficier d’un modèle de travail hybride.
Profil Recherché
Compétences et Qualifications :
- Diplôme en ingénierie ou domaine connexe (M.Sc.)
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en ingénierie des processus, spécifiquement dans l’industrie minière et métallurgique
- Maîtrise des différentes étapes des processus de production métallique
- Une expérience dans l’industrie de l’acier est un atout pour le poste d’ingénieur process
- Ouverture à l’apprentissage et développement professionnel
- Expérience dans les différentes phases de projets est un plus
- Maîtrise du finnois requise; l’anglais est un atout

The position also offers the possibility of a hybrid working model.What kind of people are we looking for?We think you are someone with long experience in one or more of the various steps of metal manufacturing processes. - Education suitable for the position (e.g. M.Sc. in relevant field)
- Experience of process engineering tasks in the mining and metals industry for at least 5 years
- Experience from the various steps of modern metal production processes
- Experience in steel industry processes is seen as an asset in the application process, especially from the perspective of the process engineer role
- Willingness to learn new things and develop yourself
- Experience from various project phases is seen as a benefit
- Proficiency in Finnish is required, in addition English is seen as a benefit
