Description du Poste
Le Client Manager sera chargé de développer et de maintenir des relations solides avec les clients tout en supervisant les aspects opérationnels de la collaboration. Ce rôle essentiel implique une gestion efficace des équipes internes et des partenaires externes pour garantir la délivrance de services d’excellence.
Responsabilités Principales
- Communication et Gestion des Relations Clients : Maintenir un dialogue constant et constructif avec les clients pour assurer satisfaction et confiance.
- Gestion des Capacités et d’Équipe : Diriger une équipe dédiée pour respecter les délais et atteindre une qualité optimale.
- Gestion des Projets : Élaborer des plans de communication adaptés aux clients, comprenant des délais et budgets précis.
- Innovation : Évaluer les plans existants pour identifier des opportunités d’amélioration et d’innovation.
- Leadership : Motiver l’équipe interne pour produire des résultats de classe mondiale.
- Mise à Jour : Fournir des détails et des mises à jour précises aux clients concernant les plans en cours.
Qualifications Requises
- Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience au sein d’une agence.
- Compétence en stratégie et planification médiatique.
- Bonne compréhension de l’industrie du marketing et du paysage médiatique en Finlande.
- Maîtrise du finnois et de l’anglais.
- Capacité à organiser son temps et à structurer des projets de manière efficace.
- Esprit d’équipe proactif, capable d’initialiser des projets clés.
