Le rôle de Frontend Engineer, Support Productivity chez Wolt implique de travailler sur des outils de support internes de haute qualité, essentiels à la satisfaction de plus de 25 millions de clients enregistrés, 200,000 partenaires livreurs et 100,000 restaurants et commerçants. La mission principale de l’équipe Support Productivity est de développer des applications admin robustes et scalables, utilisant des technologies modernes pour améliorer l’expérience du client.
Responsabilités clés
- Développement d’interfaces utilisateur réactives et conviviales avec des frameworks comme React et TypeScript.
- Collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour transformer les conceptions et exigences en fonctionnalités fonctionnelles.
- Assurer la performance, l’évolutivité et l’accessibilité des applications web sur divers navigateurs et appareils.

Support Productivity is a new team is playing a key role in this equation and it takes some real serious work from our dedicated support teams in each of the 30 countries to ensure the satisfaction of those customers and partnersWe are building several admin applications on top of our inhouse chat application to provide a custom support platform that is scalable, reliable and efficient. - Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks such as React + TypeScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate designs and requirements into functional features.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and accessibility of web applications across browsers and devices.
- Debug, test, and maintain codebases to ensure reliability and quality.
- Stay updated with frontend technologies and implement best practices.

- Testing experience (unit testing – Jest, react-testing-library),
- Experience in building scalable and efficient frontend applications
