Description du poste : Are you a skilled Sales Manager with strong commercial experience who is looking to make your mark on a leading, global brand? Bridgestone Tyre Centres are New Zealand’s leading tyre specialists, committed to providing a first class, friendly service to all our valued customers and their vehicles.About the RoleThis is a key appointment within our business where you will be accountable for maintaining current business as well as identifying and developing new business across our key commercial brands which include, Bridgestone, Firestone and Bandag retreads within the Upper South Island region, ideally being based in Christchurch.Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and achieving the commercial sales budget for Truck & Light Truck Tyres, Agriculture, Earthmover and forklift tyres
- Preparation of monthly reports – product performance, competitor activity, sales activity, including forecasting analysis
- Planning, developing and maintaining regular call cycles for existing and prospective customers
- Providing technical information and advice as required to customers
- Assisting with further marketing of Bridgestone Tyre Centres and Bridgestone Dealerships as well assist with promotional events as and when required
- Maintain target account lists for potential customers
- Utilising Salesforce, maintain, manage and report all sales activities
To be successful you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within a commercial environment, with strong sales management expertise
- Good understanding of the NZ tyre or automotive industry, with good technical competence
- The ability to confidently build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen, with exposure to P&L reports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good computer literacy, with previous SAP and Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- The ability to travel as and when required
