Responsabilités et Missions
En tant que membre de l’équipe Terminal chez Ventrata, vous serez chargé de :
- Optimiser et refactoriser notre application Point of Sale.
- Intégrer de nouvelles méthodes de traitement des paiements.
- Intégrer du nouveau matériel comme des imprimantes et des scanners.
- Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités demandées par nos clients.
- Concevoir, créer et maintenir un code Dart/Kotlin Flutter efficace et réutilisable.
- Identifier et résoudre les goulets d’étranglement et les bugs.
- Assurer la qualité, l’organisation, et l’automatisation du code.
- Réaliser des visites sur site pour intégrer des systèmes de contrôle d’accès ou des kiosques.
Exigences et Qualifications
Pour réussir dans ce poste, les qualifications suivantes sont nécessaires :
- Anglais intermédiaire (niveau B2).
- Expérience démontrée avec le framework Google Flutter.
- Compétences solides en Kotlin/Java et/ou Dart.
- Connaissance de JavaScript.
- Approche orientée vers la solution et attitude positive.
- Capacité à travailler indépendamment dans un environnement d’équipe rapide.
- Connaissances de base en électronique.

Let’s shape the future of travel together.Ventrata is looking for a *senior* Android Developer with basics in electronics, to join our team to change the way tours and tickets are sold across the planet.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a startup environment and be capable of working independently as part of our remote team.This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with excellent potential for promotion, for high-performing candidates. The role is based in our office in Brno, Czech Republic, hybrid work is possible, but sometimes we will need you to work with hardware in the office.What will you be doing?Ventrata enables tours, attractions, and activities companies to manage their businesses and sell through all available channels (online, offline, on-street, and distribution). Our aim is that our clients never have to leave Ventrata when they’re using us. You will be joining our Terminal team, which focuses on hardware-integrated solutions that end users interact with directly – think buying from a kiosk, or validating their tickets at a turnstile. This position will push the boundaries of what’s possible with Flutter and hardware integrations; your primary focus will be development of Flutter plugins on native platforms, mainly Android.As part of the Terminal team, you will be working on our Point of Sale app, with occasional on-site visits to help with access control integrations / kiosk setups. This project is an important part of Ventrata and is used not only by sellers, but also by end customers.Responsibilities and Duties
- Optimization and refactoring of our Point of Sale app.
- Integration of new payment processing methods.
- Integration of new hardware (like printers and scanners).
- Developing new features requested by our clients.
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Dart/Kotlin Flutter code.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Occasional on-site visits to integrate access control / kiosks.
RequirementsQualifications and Skills
- Intermediate English level B2.
- Demonstrated experience with the Google Flutter framework.
- Experience with mobile development for Android/iOS.
- Very good skills in Kotlin/Java and/or Dart.
- Experience with JavaScript.
- Problem-solving aptitude and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
- Electronics basics.
