Description du poste : Job Description:The Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) Supervisor is an integral part of the Salad and Go Production and Distribution Centers. As the FSQA Supervisor, you will assist the FSQA Management in implementing and executing Food Safety programs. In this role, you will perform Food Safety audits while developing corrective action plans based on audit findings. The QA Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the QMS (Quality Management Systems) and lead the team in record keeping and organization, maintaining robust documentation guidelines and support evidence for each control step and process.Responsibilities:Manage schedules for FSQA techniciansPerform weekly / monthly audits of food safety at the facility and develop corrective actions, including following up with different departments to verify work completeDevelop SOP’s and training programs based on SOP’sMaintain inventories of Food Safety and Quality Management itemsDevelop weekly reports on KPI’s of Food Safety, Safety, and trainingDevelop and evaluate Process audits, and checklists in Redzone SoftwareMaintain records in QMS filesManage Schedules for Annual, Semi-annual, Monthly Verification/ ValidationsReview process records and evaluate work of FSQA techniciansMaintain cleanliness in compliance with quality control procedures, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations to ensure the highest standards of food safety.Properly wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, hairnets, face masks, and other safety gear, as mandated by OSHA and Company policies.Adapt to changing production demands and meet daily performance goals.Work independently and as part of a team in a structured production environment.Requirements:3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in the food processing industryAbility to lead and provide direction with guidance to plant team and display leadership in directing all aspects of quality in the areas of product evaluation, consumer complaints, documentation, reporting, Quality systems, HACCP, GFSI, FSMA, Environmental, Inventory, and all programs incorporated within the Quality Management System.Must display excellent understanding of sanitation practices and effectiveness of verificationExcellent at time management and able to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks.Critical thinker and self-starter.Good communication skills, both written and verbalEnglish/Spanish speaking idealEnjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentFood Safety or Environmental Safety QualificationAbility to travel up to 25% may be requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)Lead with compassion and integrityAbility to work at a fast pace while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.Perform many job duties in refrigerated conditions (35-40°F) for extended periods.Follow all safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and OSHA regulations.Safely lift, carry, push, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.Remain on feet for the majority of the shift while performing repetitive motions, including reaching, bending, and twisting, as required.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeExperience with Statistical Process Control analysis in food manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with BRC, FSMA, HACCP, HARPC, SQF, FDA, USDAExperience in Produce and RTE Food manufacturing environment.Extensive knowledge in computer systems, excel, macros, pivots, access, Tableau and applicationsExtensive knowledge in microbiology/chemistry of food productsBenefits:Competitive pay + bonus potentialUnlimited PTO (paid time off)Paid sick timeHealth, dental, and vision insurance401k program with company matchGrowth potential with a fast-growing companyFree Salad and Go mealsConsistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Salad and Go will provide reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process when requested by a qualified applicant or employee with a disability, unless such accommodation would cause an undue hardship.Salad and Go is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
