Description du poste : What the role is:You implement safety policies, manage incident prevention, and ensure operational safety integration for Special Operations Task Force (SOTF) and SAF Advisory Group (SAFAG) exercises and operations.What you will be working on:– Develop safety management plans – Advise Commanders on Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) matters – Analyse safety performance – Implement safety programmes – Conduct safety inspections and internal audits – Manage exercise safety measures – Coordinate with external agencies – Deliver safety education – Monitor safety compliance Challenge(s) – Fostering strong safety culture – Balancing training effectiveness with safety – Keeping abreast of new technologies and the constant introduction of new special-to-arm equipmentWhat we are looking for:– At least 6 years of relevant work experience in safety and training. – Project management abilities – Good organisational, supervisory and inspection skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.About MINDEF:The mission of MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces is to enhance Singapore’s peace and security through deterrence and diplomacy, and should these fail, to secure a swift and decisive victory over the aggressor.
