Contexte du Poste
Dans un cadre dynamique, BP vise à renforcer son équipe financière en recrutant des FP&A C&P Business Performance Advisors à Budapest et à Szeged. Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans l’optimisation de la performance des affaires et le soutien à la croissance de l’activité Clients & Produits, en favorisant l’innovation dans les méthodes de travail.
Responsabilités Principales
Les principales missions incluent :
- Film de la Performance : Participer à l’évaluation et à la communication de la performance financière par le biais de prévisions, de rapports, et d’analyses approfondies.
- Prévisions et Planification : Assurer le processus de prévision annuel et in-year, fournissant des matériaux pour les revues mensuelles et trimestrielles de performance.
- Analyse du Marché : Évaluer les tendances externes et les activités concurrentielles pour permettre une réponse rapide aux changements du marché.
- Développement de Rapports : Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe Opérations MI pour intégrer et développer des bases de données financières, y compris la création de rapports Power BI.
Exigences Essentielles
Pour être éligible, il est requis :
- Éducation : Licence en Finance, Affaires, ou Comptabilité.
- Compétences Linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais (C1) et de l’allemand. La connaissance d’autres langues européennes est un plus.
- Compétences Interpersonnelles : Capacité à communiquer et à collaborer efficacement avec différents niveaux d’organisation.

The Customers & Products finance team has restructured quite substantively and is supporting business ambitions in the following ways:Deploying financial capability aligned with business demand and structure.
