Le rôle de **Front End Engineer** chez ShopeePay, au sein du laboratoire Sea Labs, consiste à collaborer étroitement avec divers départements (gestion de produits, design, ingénierie backend) pour transformer les exigences fonctionnelles en solutions frontend efficaces et évolutives. Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- *Conception et développement de code de haute qualité*, réutilisable et modulaire, en utilisant des technologies web modernes telles que React, Angular ou Vue.js.
- *Identification et résolution des contraintes de performance*, assurant que les applications frontend sont optimisées pour la réactivité et la compatibilité entre navigateurs.
- *Dépannage et débogage des problèmes frontend*, en fournissant des solutions dans des délais appropriés.
- *Veille technologique*, afin de rester informé des nouvelles tendances et pratiques de développement, tout en proposant des solutions novatrices pour améliorer l’expérience utilisateur.
Profil recherché
Les candidats doivent répondre à un ensemble de critères pour être considérés pour ce poste :
- Un *diplôme en informatique, ingénierie* ou un domaine connexe.
- Une bonne connaissance des concepts fondamentaux en ingénierie logicielle, *y compris structures des données et algorithmes*.
- *Maîtrise des langages HTML, CSS et JavaScript*, ainsi qu’une expérience avec au moins un framework frontend moderne (React, Angular ou Vue.js).
- Expérience avec les outils de construction et gestion de paquets (comme Webpack, Babel, npm).
- Familiarité avec les systèmes de contrôle de version (tels que Git) et les méthodes de développement collaboratif.
- Compétences en *résolution de problèmes* et capacité à déboguer les défis complexes du développement frontend.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration.
Atouts supplémentaires
Les candidatures avec les expériences suivantes seront considérées comme un plus :
- Expérience en développement de grandes applications frontend et compétences en technologies diverses (RN, Uniapp, Weex, Flutter).
- Passion pour les nouvelles technologies et participation à des projets open source notables.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description : * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable frontend solutions.
- Design and develop high-quality, reusable, and modular code for frontend applications using modern web technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js etc.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize frontend applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, providing timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to improve the user experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have a solid foundation in computer science and software development, and be familiar with computer structure, operating systems, data structures, and common algorithms.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in one or more modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to have
- Big FE development experience, cross-end technology skills, such as RN, Uniapp, Weex, Flutter, etc., are preferred
- Those who love new technologies and have developed excellent open source projects are preferred
