- Market data parameters
- Market access performance tuning
- Computation setup
- Incident and change management
- Electronic executions matching
- Deployment of new versions and features
- Bug reporting
- IT projects assistance
Financial products * Forex
- Equities and derivatives
- Emerging markets
- Commodities
- Risk and PnL
- Credit and rates
- Exchange-traded funds
- Convertible bonds
Skills required * Programming skills for scripting or small development (Perl/ PHP/ Visual Basic/ Unix Shell)
- Relational database knowledge and proficiency in both Linux and windows environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to thrive in a demanding front-office environment
- High motivated team player but also capable of working independently
- Knowledge of financial markets
- IT/Trading support experience
Development prospects * Team leader: manage a team of several people
- Production engineer: more technical, having more exposure to the code side of things
- Rapid Application Developer with more exposure to development aspects
