Profil du Candidat

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat doit posséder :

• Une capacité avérée à inspirer et engager les autres, accompagnée d’une solide expérience en leadership stratégique.
• Des compétences en communication claires et efficaces, avec une expérience de collaboration au sein d’équipes de direction.
• Des compétences analytiques pour comprendre les budgets et les indicateurs de performance clés.
• Un diplôme universitaire en économie, logistique, ou gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, ou une expérience équivalente.
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste de gestion, de préférence dans la distribution, le commerce de détail, ou la logistique.
• Une maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Responsabilités Clés

Le rôle implique notamment de :

• Diriger et coacher une équipe de fulfilment performante, en collaborant étroitement avec d’autres départements.
• Assurer une satisfaction client élevée tout en optimisant les coûts dans un cadre omnicanal.
• Veiller à l’excellence des opérations de fulfilment, en mettant l’accent sur l’amélioration continue et la qualité.
• Créer un environnement de travail sûr et sécuritaire, conforme aux normes établies.
• Contribuer à l’agenda commercial et de croissance de l’unité.

• Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high performing fulfilment team within the CMP by working closely with the CMP Commercial team and/or Unit Management team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
• Secure a high customer and co-worker satisfaction at lowest possible cost in an omnichannel scope for good availability, sustainability, and customer order fulfilment, by actively working with Happy Customer Score, IKEA Brand Capital, iShare survey and Review results.
• Accountable for securing excellence in fulfilment operations with focus on retail foundation, services execution, quality, and productivity improvements as well as cost optimization, in line with Country Customer Fulfilment Business Plan and Commercial Direction.
• Accountable to create a safe and secure working environment and securing compliance to the relevant Standard Operating Procedures through implementation of new operational processes, technologies, and ways of working.
• Accountable for driving the Customer Fulfilment part of the unit commercial and growth agenda.
