Impact et Responsabilités
Vous aurez un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe ASC (Agriculture, Sustainability & Communication) Agile Release Train, où vos efforts viseront à :
- Développer des applications robustes : Utiliser votre boîte à outils Salesforce, incluant Apex, LWC et CI/CD, pour concevoir des solutions répondant aux besoins métiers.
- Gérer la dette technique : Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’architecture logicielle et anticiper les problèmes techniques futurs.
- Se tenir informé des mises à jour de la plateforme Salesforce : Appliquer les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie pour maintenir une équipe à la pointe de la technologie.
- Établir des normes de codage : Participer activement à la définition des standards de développement afin d’assurer une qualité optimale des livrables.
Localisation : Ce poste est disponible à Aarhus, Danemark ou à Gdansk, Pologne, offrant ainsi une flexibilité géographique pour les candidats.
Profil et Qualifications Recherchés

📝 Description du poste : Are you an enthusiastic problem-solver with a technical background in either Salesforce or other technologies? Do you strive in an agile working environment? If yes, you might be our new colleague.You will join our global team and play an important role in advancing our sustainability agenda in Arla. By leveraging the power of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, you will be directly impacting farmers and contributing to the creation of innovative, data-driven solutions that promote sustainable dairy farming.How you will make an impactYou will be working with development on the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds, namely Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. You will join ASC (Agriculture, Sustainability & Communication) Agile Release Train, where you will take part in securing implementation of digital initiatives in relation to our business area by:
- Developing robust applications using your Salesforce toolbox, including Apex, LWC, Flows, CI/CD
- Managing and mitigate technical debt
- Staying updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features and industry best practices and apply and guide the teams
- Playing a key role in designing and establishing coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for development
As you will join a global team, the position can be located at the Headquarter in Aarhus, Denmark or at our IT office in Gdansk, Poland.What will make you successfulYou are a team player and take pride in continuous learning and improvements.
