Contexte et Mission

Ce rôle, positionné au sein du bureau du Chief Data Officer, relève directement du Responsable de la Stratégie et de l’Adoption de l’IA. Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle clé dans la promotion de l’adoption et de l’habilitation de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) à travers les différentes fonctions de la banque, contribuant particulièrement aux projets axés sur la lutte contre la criminalité financière (FinCrime).

Responsabilités Clés

• Leadership en Data Science : Offrir une expertise en techniques de data science pour valoriser les données à la disposition de la banque.
• Analyse de l’Environnement : Rem remettre en question les hypothèses existantes concernant les nouvelles sources de données et les partenaires analytiques.
• Interaction avec les Clients Internes : Collaborer avec les clients internes pour améliorer la mise en œuvre des projets analytiques.
• Exploration des Meilleures Pratiques : Intégrer des méthodologies éprouvées provenant de marchés internationaux.
• Développement d’Applications : Créer des applications basées sur des architectures modernes incluant des services web RESTful.

Qualifications Requises

• Compétences Techniques : Expérience pratique avec Windows Server, Azure, AWS, et Git.
• Pipeline de Données : Développement et maintenance de pipelines de données évolutifs ainsi que d’intégrations API.
• Langages de Programmation : Maîtrise de Python avec de bonnes connaissances en outils de Business Intelligence.
• Analyse de Données : Compétences solides en analyse de données utilisant des outils comme Hive, Spark, R, Dremio, et Tableau.
• Compétences Relationnelles : Capacité à travailler avec des parties prenantes clés au sein de l’entreprise.

📝 Description du poste : Job SummaryThis role will be reporting to the Head of AI Strategy and Adoption and sitting within the CDO office of the bank, is critical in driving AI adoption and enablement across the bank functions. The aim of this role is to deploy as one of the members of the Function Squads that will be focused on FinCrime. We will augment with resources from the partners.Key Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership in data science techniques and business applications to unlock the value of SCB’s data sets and external information.
• Continually look at the environment to challenge our assumptions around new sources of data, potential analytics partners, tools, talent and infrastructure.
• Engage with internal clients to improve delivery of analytic projects.
• Explore leading methodologies and best practices and importing sucessful methodologies from international markets.
• Responsible for building applications with modern architecture design with RESTful web services / APIs.
• Responsible for building web-based applications
• Work with senior management to develop and refine the bank’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that have the potential to deliver significant business value.
• Develop business cases for AI projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and ROI estimatio

Qualifications

• Responsible for building applications with modern architecture design with RESTful web services / APIs.
• Responsible for building web-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Azure, AWS and Git
• Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines and builds out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
• Accountable for supporting applications in production – analyse and resolve issues as they arise.
• Strong working knowledge of Python.
• Good experience with Business Intelligence tools and Decision Support Systems.
• Strong data analysis skills using Hive, Spark, R, Python, Dremio, MicroStrategy or Tableau.
• Experience in working with key stakeholders within the business.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
