Résumé du poste
Le candidat sera à la fois ingénieur Full Stack et responsable de développement, supervisant l’amélioration et la maintenance de plusieurs modules ou composants au sein d’une équipe agile. Il fournira également une assistance technique aux équipes de support client et aux autres équipes de développement de Charles River.
Responsabilités
- Gestion d’équipe : Diriger et coacher une équipe d’ingénieurs.
- Développement logiciel : Analyser, concevoir, développer, tester et déboguer des améliorations logicielles complexes.
- Collaboration : Travailler avec des Analystes Business et des Chefs de Produit pour développer des solutions simples à des problèmes complexes.
- Résolution de problèmes : Gérer des projets pour résoudre les problèmes techniques logiciels.
- Développement en langages variés : Utiliser Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, et d’autres langages d’ingénierie.
- Tests unitaires & automatisés : Écrire des tests pour garantir la qualité du produit.
- Engagement Agile : Participer aux processus de développement Agile selon la méthodologie Scrum.
- Amélioration technique : Élaborer des architectures applicatives et des roadmaps en coachant seniors et juniors.
Qualifications requises
Formation: Un diplôme en informatique, ingénierie, mathématiques ou domaines techniques, un Master étant fortement souhaité.
Expérience recommandée
- 8-15 ans d’expérience dans le développement d’architectures orientées événements.
- Gestion de petites équipes (6-10 personnes).
- Connaissance de Kafka et des services cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Expertise en Java, Spring, Angular ou React.
- Compréhension des bases de données SQL Server et des technologies Kubernetes.
- Expérience dans le secteur des services financiers est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

Provide engineering troubleshooting assistance to customer support teams and other development teams within Charles River.Responsibilities:
- Directly manage a team of engineers
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug large and complex software enhancements and solutions within Charles River’s business and technical problem domains including modifications to core frameworks and other primary facilities critical to system operation
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create simple and sustainable software solutions for complex problems
- Direct problem solving for projects or major phases of projects to resolve software technical issues
- Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs, applications and projects using Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, or other related software engineering languages as well as keeping abreast of emerging technologies impactful to CRDs business.
- Provide informed guidance and critical analysis of proposed changes during code reviews.
- Write unit and automation tests to ensure a high-quality product.
- Identify ways of improving development test methodologies contribute to and related test methodology frameworks
- Conduct manual tests to ensure a high-quality product.
- Provide troubleshooting on large, mission critical client implementations
- Engage in the agile software development process by adhering to and advancing the CRD scrum methodology, including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Plan and coordinate cross-team activities groups to complete assignments.
- Drive technical excellence, coaching, informing application-level architectures and roadmaps.
- Mentoring and guiding on designs to Junior and Senior Engineers.
Qualifications:Recommended Education:
- B.S. degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics or other technical course of study required. MS degree strongly preferred.
Recommended Experience:
- Experience of 8-15 years developing event driven architectures
- Experience managing and mentoring small teams of up to 6-10 people
- Experience in Kafka strongly desired
- Experience of 8-15 years developing cloud native services on one or more of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Experience of 8-15 years in cloud native development using Java and Spring
- Experience in Angular or React
- Experience in Snowflake
- Experience in SQL Server
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience in developing observable, operable cloud native software that horizontally scales
- Experience in financial services developing solutions for Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Post-Trade, IBOR or Wealth Management, Private Markets
- Experience with object-oriented programming, compiler or interpreter technologies, embedded systems, operating systems, relational databases (RDBMS), scripting and new/advanced programming languages
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities involving multi-tiered, high-performance database applications
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop software solutions to business and technical problems of high complexity
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well with peers in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology
