Description du poste : Job Description:We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and production. You’ll be responsible for delivering smooth service, financial performance, and building a winning team, all while ensuring every detail, from kitchen logistics to customer service, is running at its absolute best.Who are we searching for?

Your responsibilities…Operations & Production Management

  • You will oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, procurement, inventory, logistics, and kitchen production.
  • You will ensure adherence to all safety, health, and quality regulations.
  • You will enforce and refine SOPs to improve consistency, speed, and service quality across departments.

Team Leadership & Development

  • You will supervise and coach team members including Operations Leads, Shift Supervisors, and support staff.
  • You will support recruitment, conduct training, and champion a culture of service, teamwork, and accountability.
  • You will provide regular performance feedback and collaborate with HR on growth opportunities and disciplinary processes.

Customer Service Excellence

  • You will ensure prompt resolution of guest complaints and lead by example in hospitality.
  • You will implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and boost retention.
  • You will monitor online reviews and ensure digital platforms (e.g. delivery and e-commerce) are performing optimally.

Financial & Business Management

  • You will develop and manage budgets, control costs, and monitor KPIs (sales, labour, food cost, profit margins).
  • You will implement strategies to improve profitability and financial efficiency.
  • You will review financial reports, analyse trends, and make data-backed business decisions.

Marketing, Sales & Community Engagement

  • You will collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns that drive in-store and online sales.
  • You will track sales performance and make adjustments to meet revenue targets.
  • You will build community partnerships and participate in events to raise brand visibility.

Strategic & Organisational Growth

  • You will contribute to business growth plans, expansion strategies, and the refinement of internal SOPs.
  • You will work closely with the MD and leadership team to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • You will build relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, auditors, and consultants.

To be considered, you should have…

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Restaurant GM, Hospitality Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, kitchen logistics, safety standards, and customer service
  • Acute financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and increase profitability
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management
