Le poste de Gerente de Projetos – Produção Eventos s’inscrit sous la catégorie CM – Communications, Public Relations & Marketing. Cette fonction centrale a pour objectif de superviser la production de matériel et de messages destinés à inspirer et à guider les individus dans leur foi. Le responsable de production, sous l’approbation du PSM (Production Services Manager), leader dans ce secteur, engagera sa connaissance stratégique afin d’optimiser les processus de production.
Responsabilités Clés
Les responsabilités du poste se répartissent en plusieurs dimensions essentielles :

Gestion des Équipes :
- Piloter les opérations quotidiennes et les efforts de production d’une équipe désignée.
- Gérer le personnel, le budget, la planification et la conformité des projets.
- Assurer le succès des communications entre les équipes internes et externes.

Leadership et Formation :
- Recruter, former et développer les compétences des employés.
- Évaluer les performances des membres de l’équipe et fournir des opportunités de développement professionnel.

Processus et Opérations :
- Comprendre, interpréter et améliorer les processus de production en appliquant les meilleures pratiques du secteur.
- Établir des relations avec des fournisseurs et sélectionner ceux qui conviennent le mieux aux projets.
- Production Média :
- Planifier, développer et gérer une large gamme de projets audio-visuels.
- Être impliqué de manière proactive dans la production pour garantir une qualité optimale.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats intéressés doivent satisfaire aux critères suivants :
- Un baccalauréat et un minimum de six ans d’expérience dans un domaine pertinent, incluant trois ans dans un rôle de leadership en production.
- Une expertise approfondie dans les domaines désignés de la production.
- Des compétences en gestion budgétaire, planification, et en communication avec des dirigeants.

📝 Description du poste : Job Category: CM – Communications, Public Relations & MarketingJob Description: The purpose of this position is to oversee the fulfilment production of materials and messages that invite all God’s children to follow Jesus Christ. Through leadership of a team(s) of production professionals, the Mgr, Area Production 1 adds strategic content fulfilment and operational value through leadership of the people and processes of designated production within PSD. This leadership role provides qualified resources to accomplish the work in an efficient and effective way; oversees and improves the production processes, methods, and workflows within his/her stewardship; and ensures that best business practices occur. With the assistance of the PSM, Mgr, Area Production 1 directly oversees a group of production professional employees. This role may be actively involved in Production Fulfilment, the strategic decisions of a publishing division, and may regularly interface with senior leadership and/or key internal/external organizations. It may involve hands on A/V and Broadcast Production requirements and the ability to administer creative fulfilment across several verticals.Responsibilities:Strategically lead and manage the day-to-day operations and production efforts of a designated team(s) within PSD, including the management of associated staff, budgets, planning, and compliance. Administrate the fulfilment of project briefs and ensure that all deliverable goals amongst teams are met. Oversee High to low level Media Productions and management of proposed and approved fulfillment budgets. Communicate and negotiate successfully with internal and external contacts, contractors, and customers. Ensure all materials are correlation, VIO, and IP approved.
- (50% of time) Primary duty of people management over other production production workers or contractors at any given time.
- (50% of time) Senior or Specialty-level work in Film, Photo, Music, and Broadcast Media & A/V Production.
PEOPLE LEADER Manage a group of production professionals. Help capacity meet demand through a combination of internal resource management and outsourcing and ensure the correct workforce mix is optimized to meet current demand. Administer the implementation of workforce strategies and plans, including capacity planning. Oversee the day-to-day activities and scheduling of a team of professionals in accomplishing the work. Provide training and development to team and future key leaders. In cooperation with the PSM, Recruit and hire employees with the proper skill sets to accomplish the work. Directly administer ATI/performance plans for all team members with contribution from the PSM. Ensure that all team members possess the skills and knowledge to perform the work they have been hired to perform. Provide training and professional development opportunities.
PROCESS AND OPERATIONAL LEADER Understand, interpret, and implement PSD production, operating under Area Publishing Services Manager. Own, implement, and improve complex production processes that lie within his/her stewardship. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the areas and disciplines supervised. Maintain awareness of industry trends and how to accomplish the work efficiently and effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and engage their services where appropriate. Partners with his producers/project managers and production professionals to identify and select vendors to assist in accomplishing the work. Work with Area Project Manager to establish and accomplish overall PSD vision and project goals. Maintain the proper parameters of the team’s work. Enact proper business controls.MEDIA PRODUCTION FULLFILMENT LEADER Leads the planning, design, development, fulfilment, and production of a large number of highly diversified audio visual and media related projects simultaneously. Required to be a hands on production leader. In many cases is directly involved with production work. Leads and trains the production professional team and helps them to produce high quality media output.Qualifications: REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree and six years’ experience in applicable field, with at least three of those years leading teams in a production environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Managing individual and team performance. In-depth understanding of designated areas of production. Ability to provide innovative direction in multiple areas of expertise. Communication and diplomacy skills, translating strategy into implementation plans. Production planning and management skills preferred. Budget management, forecasting, and capacity planning. Presentation and communication skills to senior leaders. Operational execution/collaboration with other businesses or external entities. Understanding of product, technology, service, strategy, and business complexities.
