- 💬 Support users by chat, email, and phone
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot issues with the platform
- 📚 Explain features and how to use them
- 🤝 Work with other teams to fix complex technical problems
- 🆕 Stay updated on new tools and platform changes
- 💡 Share user feedback to help improve the service
What We’re Looking For
- 🌐Proficiency in German and good level of English, both written and spoken
- 💻 You are tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
🌐 You know or are excited about digital marketing or web design
🧠 You are a strong problem-solver with a calm attitude
📞 You have 1+ year of customer service experience
🧾 You have a stable job history
🗣️ Excellent communication skills
