Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a proactive and organized German-speaking Moderation Operations Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of our content moderation team, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in handling user-generated content. You will work closely with moderation leads, quality assurance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to help protect platform integrity and enhance the user experience.This role offers flexibility through a hybrid work model—you can work both onsite and remotely, depending on business needs and your preferences.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support the German-language content moderation team with their daily operational needsMonitor and report on key moderation metrics (quality, productivity, SLA adherence)Assist with team scheduling, task allocation, and performance trackingIdentify operational challenges and collaborate on solutions to improve efficiencyEnsure content moderation is performed in alignment with platform policies, community guidelines, and regional sensitivitiesServe as a point of contact for internal queries related to the German moderation queueSupport new hire onboarding, training initiatives, and best practice sharing across the teamConduct regular quality checks and flag any inconsistencies or deviations from moderation standardsAssist with the development and rollout of updated policies, workflows, and toolsProvide feedback and insights to improve moderation strategy and team engagementWhat You Bring:Fluent in German (spoken and written)Proficient in English (B2+ level)1–3 years of experience in content moderation, community operations, or trust & safetyPrevious experience in a coordination or operational support role is a plusExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindsetGood understanding of online community standards, user safety, and content complianceComfortable with data reporting, moderation tools, and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, CMS tools)Ability to remain neutral and handle sensitive content with professionalismStrong communication skills and a team-focused attitudeComfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesFlexible hybrid work model (remote + in-office days)Health insurance, meal vouchers, and other benefitsModern, centrally located office in BarcelonaTraining and continuous learning programsInternational team environment with supportive leadershipOpportunities for internal growth and career developmentRelocation assistance (if applicable)Working Hours:Full-time: 40 hours/weekMonday to Friday (rotating shifts or occasional weekend coverage may be required)
