Description du poste : Confoot is a Finnish growth company that manufactures lightweight and innovative container handling solutions. We are now looking for a Global Admin & Expansion Specialist to help us in taking Confoot to the next level.We are now looking for a Global Admin & Expansion Specialist to help us in taking Confoot to the next level. Position is permanent and you can be located in any EU country, work can be done 100 % remotely.
In this position, you will contribute to Confoots international growth and strategic expansion into new markets. Youll work closely with our sales, marketing and management teams, supporting export operations in a practical and goal-oriented way.
Your tasks will include market and partner research, supporting customer communications, managing documentation, and handling various back-office activities related to international sales and exports. The role can be adapted based on your skills and interests.Our current office is located in Jyväskylä, Suomi. Your location can be also any other location in Finland or in another EU country. We can provide you office facilities in your location or you can work remotely.Were looking for someone who-Has a proven track record in international business or export operations with strong business mindset
-Understands partner networks, distribution channel development
-Has experience in supply chain administration
-Has experience in market research and in optimal case even in scaling commercial products
-Has education in finance and/or experience in assisting finance tasks such as invoicing process. Experience
in some electronic financial management system is not a requirement but would make the onboarding
easier.
-Works independently and adds value to a collaborative team.
-Has impressive capability to keep things under control and solve problems.
-Has strong IT skills.
-Communicates fluently in English; other languages such as French, Arabic or Spanish are a plus. Finnish is
not a requirement.
-Is comfortable also in customer interface
-If has experience in container logistics that is considered an advantage.
-Is willing to undertake all kinds of tasks with hands-on attitude.
