Harman recherche un Global Commodity Manager pour superviser et gérer le processus de sourcing stratégique et d’approvisionnement en matière d’emballage. Ce rôle implique une interaction étroite avec la division professionnelle et la mise en œuvre des stratégies à l’échelle mondiale.
Responsabilités
Le Global Commodity Manager sera chargé de :
- Gérer de manière proactive l’ensemble du processus d’approvisionnement, de la définition à l’implémentation des stratégies.
- Créer et maintenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs, et diriger des négociations complexes pour optimiser les coûts tout en garantissant la qualité.
- Conduire des évaluations de fournisseurs en fournissant des analyses de marché détaillées pour identifier les risques potentiels dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
- S’assurer que les procédures internes sont respectées et adaptées à une stratégie globale d’atténuation des risques et de pérennité.
- Mettre en œuvre des pratiques durables et participer aux initiatives de réduction des émissions de CO₂.
Compétences Requises
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Un diplôme de niveau bac+3 ou équivalent.
- Une maîtrise de l’anglais et du hongrois, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Des compétences avérées en analyse de données et en négociation, avec plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’approvisionnement.
- Une expérience en gestion de catégorie à l’échelle mondiale, idéalement en Europe, avec une capacité à influencer et à travailler en équipe.

As a member of HARMAN Lifestyle, you connect consumers with the power of superior sound.· Contribute your talents to high-end, esteemed brands like JBL, Mark Levinson and Revel· Unite your passion for audio innovation with high-tech product development· Create pitch-perfect, cutting-edge technology that elevates the listening experienceWhat You Will Do· Oversee and actively manage the end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement process.· Work as the interface of Professional Division with global sourcing on procedures, processes and strategy definition/implementation as well as tools implementation.· Conduct RFI/RFQ/RFPs for projects requiring multiple bids, ensuring highest quality suppliers were selected, provide thought leadership during regular supplier evaluations, be proactive and based on market and business changes identify potential supply chain risks.· Negotiate and implement commercial agreements and contracts catered to supply situations and ensure that they are aligned with a strategy to ensure business continuity through the agreements.· Establish strong vendor relationships, effectively manage category supply base, perform advanced and intricate negotiations to realize annual savings, and oversee selection of key vendors.· Direct the negotiations of major contracts with suppliers to stabilize the commercial relationship and establish processes to make sure that both parties are meeting their obligations.· Maintain Purchase Info Records, Master Data and ERP files that drive the business at high data accuracy level.· Organize and lead regular business reviews (QBRs) with strategic suppliers to track, report and drive continuous improvement on vendor performance metrics.· Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis and screening (strategic direction, financial due diligence, market position, power within industry, capabilities & capacity, risk assessment) and develop strategies for their portfolio with key business partners.· Develop and execute category sourcing strategies in alignment with product roadmap and cross functional stakeholders at HARMAN to consolidate and optimize supply base.· Identify, track, and evaluate market changes and new technologies – make appropriate fact-based recommendations for adoption by HARMAN stakeholders, actively monitors market trends and conducts market research/benchmarking as needed. Implement and track these projects with the purpose of continuous cost reduction, supplier consolidation and supplier performance improvement.· Influence key stakeholders within the BUs to secure resources in support of risk mitigation, savings projects, and sourcing strategy.· Lead cross-functional Raw Material Risk Management negotiations to identify and reduce supply risk, potential shortages and ensure continuous material availability at optimized costs.· Responsible for supply assurance and inventory flexibility programs (VMI) that increase flexibility and minimize liabilities.· Committed to sustainability. Be a Stakeholder of Global CO₂ reduction activities.
