Description du Poste
Le Global Innovation Studio Strategist joue un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre rapide de nouveaux engagements clients et partenaires au sein des différents studios du réseau IBM. Ce poste requiert une combinaison de transformation stratégique et d’exécution pragmatique, œuvrant à réduire le temps nécessaire pour atteindre des résultats significatifs.
Responsabilités Principales
- Collaborer avec des experts IBM pour développer des engagements spécifiques avec des clients et partenaires.
- Faciliter des expériences déployables rapidement avec l’équipe des studios d’événements et d’innovation.
- Superviser des essais pilotes pour ajuster et optimiser le design des engagements.
- Maintenir une attention approfondie sur les résultats clients et partenaires pour élargir les capacités des équipes de studio.

Formation Requise : Diplôme de Bachelor’s Degree
Formation Préférée : Diplôme de Bachelor’s Degree
Compétences Techniques et Professionnelles Requises
- Expérience en collaboration avec des équipes de vente et de marketing pour des engagements clients et partenaires.
- Capacité à comprendre rapidement les nuances organisationnelles et culturelles.
- Compétence en systèmes de gestion de contenu et en stratégies associées.
- Expérience dans l’utilisation de données provenant de différents outils pour orienter le développement stratégique et la prise de décision.
Expérience Technique et Professionnelle Préférée
- Expérience dans le déploiement des parcours clients et partenaires lors d’événements et dans des Innovation Studios.
- Connaissances en vente et/ou marketing.

We’re committed to making the world a better place through the application of technology and expertise.Your role and responsibilitiesThe Innovation Studio Strategist within helps different studios across the network rapidly deploy new client and partner engagements. This role combines transformation and execution, bringing together strategic and pragmatic instincts to accelerate time to outcomes. Which the specifics can vary over the lifecycle of the engagement deployment, they range from working with the IBM SMEs to help develop the specific client and partner engagement, hardening into rapidly deployable experiences in working with the event and innovation studio experience team as far as possible, enabling the studio teams to be able to deploy the engagement, and in some cases leading the first set of pilot engagements to both test as well as update the design of the engagements. The role requires a deep focus on client and partner outcomes as well as the ability to understand where the studio teams are and what is really needed for them to expand their capabilities in these areas.Required educationBachelor’s DegreePreferred educationBachelor’s DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise
- Experience working with both sales and marketing organizations to deliver client and partner engagements
- Able to quickly understand organizational and cultural nuances to ensure position of experiences and enablement is contextual to audience
- Proficient with content management systems and strategies
- Experienced using data from various tools to inform strategy development, decision making, and reporting
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Experience deploying client and partner journeys at events, client centers and/or Innovation Studios
- Sales and/or marketing experience
