Résumé du Poste
Le Global Procurement Manager – Coffee sera responsable de la gestion d’une partie significative des activités commerciales et d’approvisionnement du café utilisé par Nestlé dans le monde entier. Ce poste requiert une interaction directe avec le Global Category Leader afin de définir et d’implémenter la stratégie de catégorie au niveau mondial.
Tâches Principales
Le quotidien d’un Global Procurement Manager comprend :
- La contribution à la stratégie de sourcing mondiale en mettant en place un plan de communication et de gestion des fournisseurs solide.
- La négociation de contrats favorables garantissant des accords commerciaux optimisés avec les fournisseurs.
- La gestion des relations avec divers acteurs pour intégrer les plans de catégorie dans les budgets locaux.
- La planification et la direction des revues régulières avec les fournisseurs pour garantir le respect des niveaux de service convenus.
- L’assurance de conformité aux principes commerciaux et aux normes de Nestlé.
- La gestion de l’innovation avec les fournisseurs et/ou l’intégration de leurs innovations.
- L’identification des opportunités et la direction de projets de synergie pour optimiser les coûts et l’efficacité.
Profil Recherché
Les candidats idéaux posséderont :
- Un diplôme universitaire en Approvisionnement, Administration des affaires, Chaîne d’approvisionnement, Économie ou Finance.
- Une expérience bien établie dans l’approvisionnement ou le négoce de café.
- Un vécu idéal dans plusieurs régions du marché (Asie, Amérique, Europe).
- Des antécédents démontrés en gestion des risques, approvisionnement responsable et gestion des relations fournisseurs.
- Une expérience en optimisation de portefeuille via des initiatives d’amélioration continue.
- D’excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation, avec la capacité d’influencer divers acteurs dans une organisation complexe.
- Une compréhension des réglementations nationales et internationales en matière d’approvisionnement.
- Une connaissance du marché des matières premières à terme serait un plus.
- Une maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’espagnol, la connaissance d’une autre langue représente un atout.

- Contributing to the global sourcing strategy whilst implementing a strong communication and supplier management plan.
- Negotiating contracts ensuring the most beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers in line with the strategy.
- Managing the relationship with various stakeholders to integrate category plans and outcomes in local budgets and planning.
- Planning and leading regular Business and SLA reviews with suppliers to ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
- Ensure compliance to Nestlé’s Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.
- Be able to manage innovation with suppliers and/or integrate their innovation into our organization.
- Identify opportunities and lead regional/global leverage and synergy projects for cost and efficiency optimization.
What makes you successful:
- University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or Finance.
- Well established and proven experience in procuring or trading Coffee.
- Ideally experience in several market regions (Asian, American and European).
- Demonstrated success in risk management, responsible sourcing and supplier relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing portfolio via continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – with the ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across a complex organization.
- Understanding of National and International Procurement Regulations.
- Knowledge of the futures commodity market is welcome.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, another language will be an asset.
