Responsabilités Principales
Les missions du Global Rewards Specialist incluent :
- Gestion de l’ensemble des processus de paie, y compris le calcul des salaires, des impôts et des paiements supplémentaires.
- Préparation de rapports de paie mensuels en compilant les données requises avec diligence et précision.
- Participation à la gestion et à la préparation du budget de personnel de l’entreprise.
- Répondre aux questions et demandes des collaborateurs avec rapidité et précision, en communiquant avec les parties prenantes pertinentes.
Profil Recherché

You’ll be responsible for managing and implementing appropriate compensation and benefits applications and strategies for all levels of the organization. We’re lucky to have an amazing Finance & Business Support Team, and now, we need your help to grow it.What you will do day in and day out:
- Managing all payroll processes, making salary – SSI and income taxes and additional payments calculations,
- Preparing monthly payroll reports by compiling all data required in a timely and detail-orientated manner,
- Taking part in managing and preparation of the entire company’s personnel budget,
- Answering all questions and requests of teammates in the responsible countries accurately and on time, and meeting with the relevant stakeholders when necessary.

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields
- You’re a data-junkie and number cruncher, passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture
- You have familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- You’re a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiative when necessary
- You love working in a multicultural environment and has a sufficient level of English to communicate effectively
- You’re familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing, and challenging startup environment
- You have an excellent command of English
