Le programme des diplômés en ingénierie est construit pour vous fournir les compétences et l’expérience nécessaires à une carrière réussie dans le secteur dynamique de la fintech. En particulier, le domaine de l’Enablement pour Développeurs se concentre sur la création d’une plateforme interne sur mesure et de services dédiés pour permettre aux développeurs de software de créer des applications à forte valeur ajoutée pour les clients.
Le programme de 15 mois commence en septembre 2025 et comprend deux rotations au sein du domaine Developer Enablement à Milan. La première durée de neuf mois et la seconde de six mois, ce qui you permet d’acquérir une expérience pratique au sein d’une entreprise fintech de premier plan.
Vos Missions

- Créer et améliorer : une plateforme interne de développement autogérée, intuitive et efficace pour les ingénieurs.
- Apprendre et appliquer : des pratiques exemplaires en systèmes distribués, ingénierie de la fiabilité et automatisation pour améliorer la performance.
- Contribuer au SDLC : en optimisant les pipelines CI/CD et automatisant les workflows.
- Explorer : des technologies de pointe pour renforcer l’expérience des développeurs.
- Identifier : et proposer des améliorations sur les infrastructures et outils de développement.
- S’engager : dans une culture d’apprentissage et d’expérimentation, partagez vos découvertes et acquérez une expérience pratique.
Profil Recherché
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Un diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en Informatique, Ingénierie, ou domaine connexe, avec une date de graduation en 2024 ou 2025.
- Une maîtrise d’un langage de programmation tel que Go, Python ou Java.
- Un fort intérêt pour des thématiques comme la scalabilité, la fiabilité et le cloud computing.
- Une expérience dans un environnement collaboratif et d’excellentes compétences en communication en anglais.
